Stream from Virgin Media is our new easy-to-use, flexible, and seamless entertainment service that brings your favourite subscriptions under one roof, along with over 40 free channels, Catch Up and On Demand TV.
Just plug the Stream box into your TV to enjoy all that Stream has to offer.
Add on subscriptions to streaming services like Netflix or Disney+, or to TV channel collections like Sky Cinema HD or BT Sport. You can change your subscriptions anytime, meaning you’ll only pay for what you plan to use each month, and get one simple bill for all of it. What’s more, we’ll give you 10% credit back on every new subscription you add to Stream.
It’s easy to manage Stream online too, where you can see your plan, change your subscriptions, and keep track of any Stream credit by viewing your Stream bill.
Good news – if you’ve already got Virgin Media services you can still sign up to Stream.
All you need to do is chat to our team to add it to your services. Either fill out our form below to request a call, or alternatively call 0800 952 2039* Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm, or on Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 6pm.
Remember that Stream needs to be plugged into your TV. So if you’ve already got Virgin TV, and all the TVs in your home have a Virgin TV box, you’ll already be enjoying our top-notch service. If you’ve got a telly without Virgin TV, then add Stream to enjoy the benefits of a Smart TV (like accessing On Demand apps), rolled into the flexibility of extra entertainment subscriptions and over 40 free channels.

Click and Collect You’ll be kept up to date by Yodel, our courier. Once your order’s shipped they’ll send you an email, and another once it’s been delivered to your chosen collection point.
To pick up your delivery, take along your ID and the collection barcode in your email.
Once it’s been delivered, you’ll have 10 days to collect it. If you’re unable to pick it up within 10 days, it’ll be sent back to us and we’ll send you a refund.
Home delivery Yodel will email you with a code and tracking link once your order’s shipped. Click track your parcel and enter the code to get the latest delivery updates. You’ll also be able to make any changes to your delivery here.
When your parcel’s on its way to you, Yodel will send you an email or text with an estimated 2 hour delivery window.
Once it’s been delivered, you’ll be sent an email to let you know.
If you’d like to cancel or change your order, you’ll need to contact us.
You can also cancel your order by texting us on 07533 016 422 (for free on a Virgin Mobile) between 7am and 11pm Monday to Friday or 8am and 8pm Saturday to Sunday.
If you’re just getting Stream, we won’t been to install any Virgin Media cables. We’ll send you a Stream kit in post, and you’ll simply need to plug the Stream box into your telly.

Entertainment subscriptions
When you add a subscription to Stream, you’ll get access to the content immediately, which means you’ll lose your 14-day right to cancel once you’ve purchased the subscription.
Different subscription may have different cancellation periods. These will be set out in the terms and conditions, but please read your subscription terms carefully.
The channels and features available with your chosen subscription are subject to change. The price of your subscriptions may also change at any time during your contract. You will be notified of any price increases if and when they happen, and we will try to do this at least 30 days in advance of the change.
From £6.99 a month. Stream customers new to Netflix can benefit from Stream discount. Stream discount requires you to add a Netflix subscription to your Virgin Media bill and pay by Direct Debit. Members of households with an existing or recent Netflix membership may not be eligible for the Stream discount.
You cannot add existing Netflix subscriptions to your Virgin Media bill, but you will still be able to sign in to your Netflix account through Stream.
Your Netflix subscription allows you to access content on the Netflix app. Netflix may change subscription plans and the price of the service from time to time; however, any price changes or changes to Netflix subscription plans will apply no earlier than 30 days following notice to you. You can cancel your Netflix membership at any time and will continue to have access to the Netflix service through the end of your billing period. To cancel, go to your My Virgin Media account.
Payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial membership periods or unwatched Netflix content. Please see the Help section for more information.
Sign up to a Disney+ subscription through Stream and add and pay for it through your Virgin Media bill.
If you already have a Disney+ account and want to keep your existing account profile, you must sign up with the same email address. This way your existing Disney+ subscription will pause when you start a new one through Stream, in order to pay for it through your Virgin Media bill. If you already have a Disney+ subscription with another provider, contact them to avoid paying twice when you subscribe through Stream.
If you’d prefer not to add your existing Disney+ subscription to your Virgin Media bill through Stream, that’s OK! Simply head to the Disney+ app on Stream and sign in as usual to continue enjoying Disney+.
£7.99 a month. To use Disney+, you’ll need a Disney+ account and you must accept the Disney+ T&Cs. If you take Disney+ with Extras this will be incompatible with any other offer, including offers for Stream from Virgin Media.
